This website is dedicated to emerging artists and young talents who join the European Junior Ballet each year. Conceived as a space of transition and high artistic demand, the European Junior Ballet stands at the crossroads between academic training and professional life — where the decisive step from education to the stage truly begins.

After completing their conservatory or higher education training, these dancers enter an intimate and rigorous working environment focused on excellence, artistic research, and immersion in the realities of the profession. Over a period of one to four years, we accompany each artist in developing artistic maturity, strengthening stage identity, and gaining visibility with international choreographers and company directors.

The European Junior Ballet functions as a true springboard: a place where bodies evolve, performers become professionals, and potential is transformed into first opportunities, auditions, and professional engagements.
